On 13 May this year, KEGOC announced launching of KEGOC Business Transformation Programme which is aimed at enhancement of the company’s business efficiency.
Umirzak Shukeyev, Chairman of Samruk-Kazyna Management Board, and Bakytzhan Kazhiyev, Chairman of KEGOC Management Board took part in the official ceremony.
During his speech at the ceremony Bakytzhan Kazhiyev noted that the Transformation Programme will allow looking at the company from the inside, evaluating the efficiency of investments and operating activity.
Business transformation means the simultaneous changing of processes, technologies and key competencies of the company’s employees. Integrated development of these three components will determine the further development of the company.
“During implementation of the programme the company will be diagnosed to develop target business processes, revise performance indicators of the company and its personnel... In future we will develop a plan for introduction of the changes into the company’s activity, which will ensure efficient, long-term and sustainable development of KEGOC”, – said the chief executive of KEGOC.
The company’s employees have a great potential for improvement of their efficiency, and they are expected to realize this potential in this programme. Every employee will be given the opportunity to make his/her proposal with regard to improvement of our business. Such proposals will be reviewed by the Business Transformation Centre, and the most important of them will be discussed at the Company Modernisation Board, which includes the Management Board members, representatives of the Fund and the Board of Directors.
Such changes will ensure the company’s sustainability, prompt response to any possible change in the internal and external factors; they will also direct the employees to be more proactive and will elicit their professional and individual potentials.
